I think the visuals are good. NOT CRYSIS GOOD. this is crytek we are talking about people, they are not supposed to settle for less than visual amazement. yet they took the mainstream fps rout.

I think Crysis 2 has the most gorgeous Flickering while in SLI mode of any game I've yet to buy. They nailed it perfectly , looks just like flickering would IRL.

The flickering is absolutely beautiful. Have you tried playing without flickering? Performance drops A LOT, so why bother, right? Seems like we are getting 2 for 1. Flickering plus high framerates

Yeah, I guess they could patch in an advanced graphics setting to turn off the flickering for the noobs, but I know it's a feature that is worth having. Who says they don't have any PC-specific design elements to this game.. Consoles don't get flickering, I bet they're jealous.

The lighting is kinda nice in this game.
Everything else could be way better.

I like the lighting, sounds, particles. I do love the fluid framerate as well. Although I have a highend system, I do like the fact that everyone can play it at a good framerate, even though they might have an older pc. The single player is truelly amazing further into the game.

The sounds are also very cool. The guns sound like they pack a punch and overall, the game sounds explosive as the actual action.

Once they upgrade this game for DX11 and higher textures, it will definately be even cooler looking.

Sound could be better.. BFBC2 has amazing realistic sounds compared to crysis 2's average sounds on my 7.1 surround.

This is one main I respect in Crytek. Its so damn like "ooh chicken smooth skin" compared to Crysis.

The DoF and motion blur. Oh god those are the sixiest thing I've ever seen.

And the lens flares, and the gamma correct HDR, and, and.... *jizz*
