Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 3:45 am

1. Great Critical Charge not working with greatswords.
2. Destruction magic and its non scaling.
3. Remarriage glitch.
4. I know its unlikely but Id like some warning before I pick up a quest item/be able to remove quest items from inventory.
5. Quest bugs.
6. Dead dragons not giving up their souls.

Hi Gals & Guys,

I would like:
1) be able to see my character when I equip items
2) be able to put on at least TWO rings
3) be able to zoom in & out your character while in action (basically what the "R" was allowing us in Oblivion)
4) Correction of quest bugs (that's a minimum)
5) Correction of glitches (like Whiterun bridge to the castel glitch...that's annoying!!!)

and also:

6) Staff showing in the back when equiped (à la Oblivion)
7) Arrow dynamic to be redo
8) Shield on back

I'd like to see mages get un-gimped a bit. Give me enough magicka to do other things than just conjuration, make Paralysis and Illusions work on the things that are tough enough to warrant them...
I'd like to see the PC menues get bug fixes and just work better in general.
I'd like them to just remove level scaling past 40, because honestly, it's the same crap as Oblivion all over again, once you level past a certain point your character just can't keep pace with the bad guys.

Things I hope get fixed:

1. Scripting errors that break quests.
2. The problems with sound the game seems to randomly develop (not having sound/losing sound suddenly/some sounds disappearing but not others/etc).
3. Making quest essential NPCs killable after quests have been completed.
4. A fix for the physics bug that makes it seem like a tornado has gone through your carefully decorated house every time you return.
5. Improvements in the UI for PC gamers.

I expect it to only fix major bugs and have the also release the editor at the same time.

Only MMOs are serious about patching their games.

My hopes:

1) Fix arrow range (this would be *most* beneficial to me as ranger.)
2) add second ring slot
3) better control & more equippable slots for companion
4) ability to jump while sprinting
5) character displayed in inventory menu, like oblivion

Would make an already epic game, well, epiccer.

I hope the Xbox textures issues, been avoiding the snowed places as much as possible (since those locations are the worst) and doing almost every quest in the Whiterun Hold (suprised how long I can keep this up)

Snap, I WILL not leave whiterun until the textures are the way they are supposed to be. I am trying different play styles, finding funny bugs and reading books to pass the time.

They are not going to fix ANYTHING but technical issues. They are not going to make changes so you like the game better or to balance it they don't give a [censored] about those things. They just want to get the game running so people can actually play it.

They had better fix the whole "Leave house, Everything flies around and falls to the floor" bug. I was looking forward to decorating my house so much, I must have spent about 50 hours making my house look pimp in oblivion

9) A sorting system for your inventory by weight / Price / Strength (the Oblivion one was close to perfect)
10) Dragons harder to kill than Bears & Smidolon (Sabertooth Lion)
11) More animals...where are my lovely boars?

Destruction magic is the biggest thing for me. Other than that I can't think of any real issues I've run into apart from graphical ones.

Xbox texture glitch, I can't afford a good pc :(. I would like to see some glitches fixed. Most of all, but I doubt it will be fixed making destruction magic viable at higher levels.

A friend of mine (not sure if it is true or not though) said that Bethesda was looking into fix these problems with this patch:

PS3, xbox360, and PC lag
PS3 substantial growth file size
Some Daedric quest bugs
Main quest bugs
Marriage bugs including amuelet or Mara and only one partner
Destruction scaling
Dragon soul bugs

A few minor things.
-I want them to fix http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v39/randomnessofthemind/2011-11-16_00003.jpg.
-I also want them to fix the bug where the new ride-able horse in Solitude spawns all the way in Riften - this after the first one dies - although it's hilarious because somehow that made both the horses in Riften ride-able without paying.
-And I also want them to fix this rare glitch that happened to me in Wolfskull Cave while I was using the http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v39/randomnessofthemind/2011-11-17_00012.jpg. Freaked me out because I thought it broke the game.

Everything else I want fixed has already been mentioned.

I hope they'll make combat music play throughout the actual combat. It just feels so off when the first half of a dragon battle has epic music to go with it but the second half is just... silence...

Make an SDTV mode for us SDTV users. Would be nice to be able to read some of the letters I got from couriers let alone text in menus, and not to mention seeing my stamina and magicka bars would be nice.
