What you liked about Oblivion

Sorry, but there is no practical difference. Maybe calculations were different, but that's it.

So? I still prefer it...

I like the physics, and the improved combat, voice acting was nice.

Although I like that it isn't frustrating to find some things anymore, I feel that the solution to that problem was too extreme.

I enjoy the "perks" that you get at the specific levels, only I feel that they be available through other means, instead of just unlocking.

It nice that you don't miss when physics dictates that you should hit, but I wish they would have implemented character skill in combat areas not associated with missing. Improved A.I was great, made the world feel more alive.

There's a lot more I enjoy, but most of it, could be even better.

EDIT: Traps! Of course, traps.

The only thing I don't understand about lockpicking, is what kind of a lock slams on a lockpick so hard that it just breaks in half?

And even then how do you get it out once it's broken?

That's why there should be a chance of "blocking" the lock altogether, which would mean that you can't lockpick it anymore and lockbashing would be the only option.

Regarding lockbashing - I think it would not only be realistic, but also fair and balanced. A thief has his lockpicks, a mage has his Open spells, but a warrior has his weapons. I want to bash the doors with a warhammer until they are broken! And let the guards or the owners come if they dare!
