Considering Ulfric could shut her up at the negotiations and the Dovahkiin could make her leave with ease, I'd say she needs to step up her villainy

I like Elenwen in the sense that she is as well written as any character in the game. She does have a bit more to her character than just "Rawrg I'm an evil thalmor rawrg".

I once summoned her with the console commands to kill her for fun, but apparently he was essential :stare:

. She told me about how Talos was a great and honorable hero and such but he was still mortal and thus couldn't be worshiped as a god. Then again as an ambassador she kind of has to maintain her PR skills.

To be perfectly honest, she's more just...There, rather than playing an absolute roll...Then again, I did the Civil War first to minimize my exposure to Derphine and Esderp.
