If I should change something, tell me if the mistake is like game breaking or if I could keep playing normally

edit: Also. in the lower middle of my screen, right where the HUD and dialogue options, my monitor has a bullet hole with dead pixels around it (long story) that covers up alot so I can't really see some important things in the game...

If I were you I'd bring the strength down one or two notches and put them in Intelligence or agility (you'll thank me later). I'd also un-tag First Aid and give either Lockpick, Steal or Science a go. First Aid really is kind of a dump skill and not altogether very necessary.
