What do you think could make new vegas better

Post » Mon Nov 16, 2009 8:08 am

Yes just like in FNV. its no different.

Thats one beef I had with FNV. While leaps and bounds above FO3, it still was much too easy.

I can roleplay more characters in New Vegas

In Fallout 3 I just roleplayed 3, 1 each karma, but after level 15, you become a powerful person of mass destruction, who can resist everything and do almost everything

Thats the part who I didnt like about the game, you become a demigod character, a Jack Of Trades Master Of All

Yeah,

In Fallout 1 and 2, drugs are bad, like it was supposed to be

In 3 and New Vegas, well, they are the same effect as the coffee on the average people

I actually got killed by rats outside of Vault 13 on my first playthrough, in the originals, you have pretty low health, they got a lucky crit, knocked me down, and they swarmed on me.

1. Less combat..yes. I want to be able to take a pacifist rout everytime I play the game. I would like combat to be scaled down almost to a Fallout 1 and 2 level. More time in the towns, less in the wastes.

Less combat? You can already sneak your way from Goodsprings to Vegas at Lvl 1 without killing anything more than a coyote.

If you want less combat, you have to work for it, and be a sneaky SOB... as it should be.

Agree to more energy weapons and stronger

+1 Invisible walls :swear:

Around the very perimeter of the map is fine in some places, but inside the sandbox is not cool. There are some really stupid ones around Quarry Junction. There's no good reason for that. If it requires a wall inside the play area put an actual visible wall there.

Real estate. it would be a good income generator and add another level in character interface. for example if you raise rent super high the whole town/Faction dislikes you

How so?

Edit: No explanation as to why you think "its terrible?"

The Rats are not small rats we have today that you can just step on. They are alot bigger and stronger in Fallout like the ones that are in New Vegas. There are alot of them when you step out of Vault 13. They don't kill me but I guess thats cause I learned how to deal with them.

Fallout 3 I can kill Enclave and BoS using only a baseball bat due to their being no damage threshold.

Much larger rats, why don't you understand that? They mutated, became bigger, more powerful teeth and claws. Also when you start Fallout you only have about 35 HPs at best. They don't take half my HP in a couple hits.

Should not be able to kill people in PA with a baseball bat. I find that more illogical then mutated rats.

Random encounters would have made New Vegas better for me. Fallout 3 had a lot of interesting ones. Maybe they can add lots more in the DLC.
