But the (monkey)truth is? Obviously Nerevar Incarnate and Vehk went to bite spears with the tsaesci.

They fell untill the bowels of Alduin, so you'll never see the character again. Same with Vehk.

In Akavir or something. It's really ambiguous. Personally, I hope he returns to restore Morrowind. It make a nice DLC/Expansion pack.
