Meh, I dismiss the scamp theory. Some of the top daedra in oblivion had just about as much detail in their armor, and scamps are the lowest of the low, right next to cave rats. Theres no way theyre coming back with badass armor.

This. And if you notice, in every game the scamps look EXACTLY THE SAME.

AND I HAVE BEEN SAYING UNDEAD FALMER FOR ABOUT A THREAD AND A HALF NOW.

well Danger Dan said scamp pretty early on. Thats the only early one that prevails.
It was gnarl, then argonian, then khajiit, then scamp, so maybe Dan is right?

I don't think so. I think he's referring to the speculation that it is one of Hermy Mora's daedra. The reason I think so is thus:
1. it was speculated at near the beginning.
2. the inflection of his statement made it seem that we have strayed away from speculating about it. And the idea that it could be a Falmer has caught on and is still a major theory.
