This. Everytime I look at the picture I think of a corpse. The wrinkles, the old hair, the nose....

This doesn't really rule out an UNDEAD Falmer though!

Well that's no good. They can shave and change their cloths.

But I don't think it is one, I just don't think if it was in the game this is how they would release the first shot proving remaining Dwemer....

Can you update "Vampire" to "Ice Vampire"?

My understanding is that they are quite different and if vampirism is possible in Skyrim, then there could be both Ice- and Non-Ice variety vampires

For all those saying undead, I want to point out the quote I posted earlier from Fall of the Snow Prince:

"His spear and armor bore the radiant and terrible glow of unknown magicka, and so adorned this unknown rider seemed more wight than warrior."

This is total conspiracy theorizing now, but that makes it sound like at least the Snow Prince, if not Falmer in general, had a sort of pale undead look to them.
