Mothership Zeta and Operation Anchorage are similar. I hate neither, just don't particularly like them.

I voted MZ though, since it only had one gun I cared for, Paulsons Revolver.

Operation Anchorage is slightly more fun, and has more stuff in the end; Jingwei's Shocksword, Gauss Rifle, Chinese Stealth Armor, Winterized T-51lb, Trench Knife.. all things I use.

I voted to PL. It was an overall good DLC but after adding 5 GB to my save file (which is a big issue on PS3, where the files can only hold 15 without lagging) it rendered my first character unplayable because of crashes upon start up. Except for Random encounters, some bobble heads, and the Superhuman Gambit weapons, it had 100% completion. :sadvaultboy:

There is a rumor that disabling some of the autosaving (I did all except sleep) can slow down the growing of your file. My second character stayed away from PL and did the autosave trick and at level 29 he had only a 12 GB save file. If you are that worried about your character, then you should probably disable some autosaves.

Don't see why there's so much hate toward Mothership Zeta, Loved it great storyline and humor.

Worst DLC is Operation Anchorage absolutely no reason to get immersed in the storyline and really no reason to take your time playing the Sim. only good thing is the new weapons and armor you unlock and those even aren't that great.

I agree with the first part and disagree with the second. I think the sim was fun.

Also, is there something wrong with your mouse? I sometimes have that problem too. :brokencomputer:

Now that I think about it, I don't see any use for the Trench Knife. I believe it should have been more powerful. Oh, well... we got that awesome sword for melee.

And, I hate to go slightly off topic here, but did you get all those items in 100% condition? On my game, all of them are about 95%, except for the T-51b which is perfect.

Point Lookout was my least favorite. Don't get me wrong, I loved playing it, but it felt too much like I was playing a different game.
Everytime after returning to the wasteland I had to really force myself back into the game again. It could have used some more quests leading to stuff in the wasteland than just the one.

For now, I only played MZ, and I liked it. The weapons are pretty great and there's some weapons that does high damage.

I didn't like mothership Zeta because most of the ship was shut off once the dlc was over and this really irked me since I was playing with a low strength character

I would have to agrre with most of the people in here Zeta was the least enjoyable due to either I'm not a fan of space and i felt bored most of the time playing it. So i usually play Zeta early on so i could just move past it.

I found Operation: Anchorage boring :/

It was COOL when you first played it, 'cause it had that...Call of Duty feel at first. Then...it just got blah XD I was SO glad that I got through it, 'cause I just wanted out XDD

Mothership ZETA, however, I found pretty interesting. It's a new twist to Fallout, being abducted by aliens? Sure, the lil' green midgets were annoying, especially with their shields, but I liked the overall feel :3 Plus it got me more alien power cells for Charon to use with his Alien Blaster 8D

Spoiler
Mothership zeta was ok but now thinking back i wish i had killed paulson i diidnt know he had the only unscoped revolver ... im stuck with .32 (whose idea wa sit to scope a hand gun just cuz it has a scope doesnt mean it can hit a target from same distance as sniper can :/ maybe if it had been given a flashlight instead fo a scope )

any way back to this topic

i relaly hated the pitt

just wanst long enougth i was hoping for an arena to last longer than that of oblivions , THREE ROUNDS wnat more reload :/ ... and none of these rounds lasted longer than 1 shot to the face :/ all 3 rounds the naratar thing was stil talking after the enemy was dead it would yell "drop the barrels"

I agree, I also voted for the pit. Was way too short, and looking for ingots isn't my idea of fun. Although the moral choices were intriguing.

i see i wasn''t the only one who voted for PL as the worst, the pitt was the best because it had great immersion, some exploring, it could of been bigger but i liked it, the reason i didn't like PL was it was mostly all water, there wasn't one town or settlement at all, and considering the so called size of the area, it should of had a few setllements, the actual quests were good, but the georgaphy was mostly water and didn't really let you use any tactics, it was just an open swamp, there weren't any large complexes to explore, no large buildings, everything was small, the motel was cool but there just wasn't enough there. the enemies weren't fun to fight, those hillbillies were just bullet sponges and i killed enough ghouls in the metro tunnels of the CW so i believe it was a rushed DLC and everything in it was very simple, small and not enough of anything, the CW had all sorts of cool hiding spots and building complexes and you could set traps for enemies etc. it had lots of good battlezones, like la enfant plaza, dupont circle, georgetown, the capitol building inside and out, the chryslus buillding, red racer factory, the roosavelt academy etc, and since the georpgrahical size of PL was pretty big, it needed stuff like that, just having a huge swamp with nothing except a few small houses, hillbillies and ghouls didn't do it for me. sorry thats just how it is, i hope i never see a dlc like that again, it had potential but not enough content at all.

I agree 50%

I liked PL more than the Pitt but PL did need more content such as a town or two.

Mothership Zeta is the worst DLC. Why? Because of the Aliens and the crap about "did they or did they not start the great war?" It took simple easter eggs of FO and FO2 and over did it and way to much.

You are 100% correct.

I mean, Mothership Zeta could have been so awesome if they made it like the Pitt or Pl, not just a linear slog of combat.

Mothership Zeta.

Too much work. Theres a lot of areas in the ship. A lot of area with a lot of stuff to pickup on top of what I'm already carrying. A lot of areas with lots of stuff that you can't go back to once you finish the main quest line.

Too be honest, I only did it for Paulson's Revolver and the Samurai Armor.

I voted for MZ, I hated the way you could not return to parts of the ship after you finished it, and how you could not pick up the cool looking doo-hickeys, I wanted to decerate my house with that stuff.

I got them all in 100%. Perhaps yours went down a notch because they were hit when the fight broke out.

Like, if someone threw a grenade in that room or something..

I like the Trench Knife because, it's slightly stronger than the Combat Knife, that's about it, but I use melee a lot, especially the Combat Knife. So it made sense to me.
