So what do you want revealed next?

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 10:39 pm

What is the next thing you want Bethesda to reveal before the Fallout 4 release date?

Also do you think it will be revealed before the Gone Gold Date/Release Date and why or why not?

For me it is the Perk Chart.

They have already shown a blurred image of it at the Garage.

Likely keeping it blurred/quiet until they make the final play balance adjustments to the Perks.

Still if they are going to use Perks and Stats to provide some variety/depth in the dialog options/story lines, then most of this must have been locked down for some time.

I bet it would show a lot how skills/perks have merged.

For instance are there still skill level requirements for Perks?

Or does taking a Science/Repair based perk like Robotics Expert now require the Science 2 perk and a high enough Intelligence stat?

Also if you have enough Intelligence to get Science 1, will it be enough to get Science 2 - 4 or will they require a higher Intelligence (which sounds better to me).

Plus they are walking a line between letting us know enough about skills being changed/dropped to release steam without letting the pot boil over.

They also have to actually have the Perk poster printed off for inclusion in the collector鈥檚 edition of Fallout 4 so it should lock fairly soon.

I think Bethesda should have fed the hype-beast and started releasing short gameplay videos to show off some new stuff. You know, stuff like leveling, crafting, conversation, combat, new enemies, new companions, weapons and armor, etc.

I just really hope that they won't spoiler the story in any way. xD

Personally, I'd like some definitive proof it will run at native 1080p on the XBox one. I'd been anticipating 900p at 30 fps - I'm surprised.

I know all this sounds a bit primitive to the PC crowd, but 1080p means a lot to people relying on consoles.

1. Has the AI been markedly improved?

2. What is the map size?

3. Will there be a quest generator?

4. How many companions can you have in train?

5. If you can have at least 6 companions, then can you create fire teams and fire team leaders, and issue them move / fire commands?

Hopefully, the answers are "yes", the map is 2--3 times the size of Skyrim, and at the higher levels, you can have 8-9 companions in two or three fire teams.

EDIT: I'd also like to know if Bethesda will provide their equivalent of a "hardcoe" mode.

I want them to announce that Valve will be releasing Half-Life 3 as a free update, but I doubt that will happen.

System requirements would be neat though.

I definitely want to see the Perks, would make building a character easier at the beginning.

I'd like to see more about the factions involved. Especially potential enemy factions, like raiders and slavers. Are they going to be the boring, nameless rag-tag groups of raiders, or be organized like they showed in New Vegas?

Barring a Game Informer cover, I'm expecting the next major chunk of information to emerge via a Quakecon demo. And yes, like many others, I want to know how builds will work, i.e. how Special, perks and skills will work/interact and what bonuses we'll get to assign at level up.

Screenshots that we could pic apart for every bit of speculation and info. Also a screenshot of the character running in their undergarments. To see if those changed form FO3's Undies.

I would like to see the gameplay of one mission uncut. Just like 20 minutes of pure uninterrupted gameplay.
