real kelp that goes from the sea floor to the surface and spreads out across to make real sargasso forests underwater.

oooooh, but the kelp would be at different levels all over! i guess one big mesh would have to be added by hand.

think i'm gonna take a shot at those helberds, and see what i can do with the spriggans (dont really need to make them BB just nicer i guess)

I'm not sure about the Daggerfall bit stuck at the beggining but the menu itself is really cool. Where can we get it?

The pathing so NPCs don't always get stuck running against a rock during a fight. But that's not really a replacer per se.I'll second the animations tho.

Iron, Dwemer and Glass Halberds.


None of the aforementioned halberds are actually halberds. Therefore, changing them into actual halberds would be nice.

The definition of a halberd is "a weapon consisting of a long shaft with an axe blade and a pick, topped by a spearhead"...That definition does not fit any of the "halberds" mentioned above. They are all different polearm weapons.

Nice, I'll look forward to them. I'm not sure if the blade of the Iron...Voulge, I guess you could call it, is all that suitable for a halberd, but this is definitely close enough to qualify, unlike the original.

Agreed. He is very technically competent, but some of his design choices are downright weird. Two thirds of his armor sets are nearly as wide as they are tall. I may end up using his steel replacer though, it looks more normal than the others.

Also I believe that he builds the armors "like tanks" because he doesn't skin the cuirrass. That was pre MCP so the chest piece couldn't be skinned and bumped.

I actually kinda like this idea, some of the original building meshes aren't that impressive and are shaded weirdly. :huh: Of course, this is huuuge undertaking so I don't imagine that this would be done anytime soon, I know that I wouldn't want to do it. :nope:

As for the original question, I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I would like to see replaced (that hasn't been replaced a half-dozen times already). :shrug: Other than a few things that I've thought about replacing. ;)

In seriousness, though, the boats. They all look too similar. It would be nice to see which is which at a glance. Some added uniqueness to them, maybe having the names on the hull. A few of differing make and size would be nice.... :grad:


i think i'll give the boats a swing when i get a chance, right now i'm a little busy with RE, and some of my own mods. but i got one near the wrap up stage. and then can go model and texture crazy after that.

Not gonna say thing people haven't already, but...

Sweet raptor Jesus, replace that damned beast race waddle! There have been animators out there taking a crack at the animations but so far all of them have been for the default human walk. Which, imo, didn't really need replacing. Everyone complains about the beast walk and yet no one has fixed it. What the hell.

We also need new Khajiit head meshes and beast feet that are BB compatible (no gaps at the ankle plz) and don't look like blocks of clay/aren't taken from the Wolven mod. (No, I, in fact, do not like LizTail's beast replacement...)
