I adore Bethesda's collectors editions. For TESV I'd love to see some kind of item (the coin from Oblivion, Bobble head from Fallout) included. This item of course pertaining to Skyrim and the game. Dragon tooth to ware around my neck? Idk lol.
BONUS DVD! I love seeing the making of and behind the scenes of games. This is essential to me. Would love an indepth look behind the game. Of course an awesome case. The oblivion one was great! Something to do with lore as well. Pocket guide, a book something. An art book as well maybe?
What if bethesda does this like Call of Duty? Standard, Limited, Uber high end package?

something wearable honestly because of varying sizes of people it would have to be a necklace or bracelet

id personally like to see either a septim [well it wont be a septim if its after the infernal city NO EMPIRE] or a dragons tooth just something that screams skyrim maybe a mini tankard

I think that a the dragon/diamond emblem of the Empire as a pendant would be perfect, with small chips taken off and weathered a little just like the one in the Skyrim trailer.

I voted other...Now here's what I'd LOVE tos ee.

A naked nord barbarian action figure with axe. Under his stand I'd love it to say, "Damn witches!"
A werebear action figure.
A map of Skyrim.
A can of 'mead' from Thirsk Meadhall.
A nordic poem about the Underfrykte Matron.
And a poem about Bloodmoon.

My dream Collector's Edition:

TESV: Skyrim
Game Soundtrack
Making of DVD
Pocket Guide to the Empire 4th Edition
Huge Skyrim Poster Map (would be cool if it showed all of Tamriel too!)
A replica Elder Scroll from the game. On old papyrus and with a resealable... seal, which has the Akavir logo on it. And a nice cloth bag to keep it in.

A TES themed toaster + cookies; each one is different and represents a Daedric prince.

In all seriousness, I'd like:

Some form of decorative box
An in-game book (possible Pocket Guide to Empire 4th Edition)
Soundtrack
A map, but the collector's edition one would be cooler than the standard edition one, on a different material to make it look more authentic
An item that represents something important in the game (a dragon/nord statue etc.)
And some useful ingame stuff, maybe an extra house or a few weapons.

I like this, but I still want a naked nord with "Damned Witches!" on the bottom.

4E Pocket Guide to the Empire, and a Skyrim coin (probably won't be Septims anymore) are essential for me.

I love the idea of building up a TES coin collection with each new game

The poll is pointless, the options are ridiculous.

I'd say

a Pocket guide to the empire,
and a cloth map

A game that works and that ain t cheesy, nor thought and hampered by console market.
A game where skills are really meanfull and where the plot ain t obvious, nor where i start from the start as DA hero.
A game where we can configure gameplay with some options not having to fiddle with the .TXT or the like because developpers where too cheezy to make a interface.
A game where modding isn t hampered and modders can access to advanced features,
A game that is more bend toward gameplay and replayability than looks,
A game where classes are meaningfull and not the same with diferent name,
A game that gives each classes a meaning and a "playground" (situation where they can evolve throught theyr own specificity) and that arent there just for dev to say : the game has XXXXXXXX classes (same for skills) and 75% are useless.
A game that ain t bend only on bashing, bashing, bashing, hack and slash in "3d";
A game where subplots interweb with main plot, with local and "global" lore, and where this lore, if not abundant is coherent with the past, and if not coherent with the past at least plausible;

If they are able to do that who need a collector box with useless hipe.
