Kill all the other races, especially [censored].
Achieve independence.
Advance technologically up to late renaissance-like.
Unite with High Rock then take the imperial province.
Conquer Morrowind, Hammerfell, Valenwood and Elsweyr.
Conquer Blackmarsh and Summerset isle.
Kill all the non-atmoran decendent races in all provinces.
Become the emperor of Tamriel.

Female Wood Elf
1. Build a Harem full of women of every race (yup my wood elf is a lisbian, she is married to aela, and lydia is in the bedroom as well!)
2. make every race equal
3. try to make things right with the falmer, and reintroduce them into society
4. legalize skooma
5. go to war with thalmor
6. eat cake
7. invade marrowind

Spoiler

1. Execute Ulfric as an enemy of Skyrim, and traitor to all men.
2. Give the Foresworne equal rights as citizens and allow them to worship whomever or whatever they desire so long as they do not try to leave the Reach to invade Skyrim.
3. Recreate the blades as sworn protectors of the Empire and her people and not just the Dragonborn.
4. Hunt down and eliminate the remnants of the cursed Falmer, not for their elvish ancestry but the blood curse placed upon them by the Dwemer.
5. Negotiate peace between the Dunmer and Argonians in an attempt to redraw the provincial borders, granting them Windhelm and half of East Marsh to the new Morrowind.
6. Try to work with the Argonians, Dunmer, Orsimer, the Empire, and Foresworne into creating a unified army against the Thalmer.
7. Work to better navigate armies between High Rock, Hammerfell, Skyrim, Morrowind, Black Marsh, and Cyrodil to easily prevent Thalmer assaults.
8. Convince the Pyjiic Order to help against the Thalmer in exchange for the Staff of Magnus and full access to any research and man power they desire.
9. Send spies into Summerset Isle with Pyjiic magic to distribute copies of "Rising Threat" to the people of the Aldmeri Domain.
10. Liberating Elswyr and then Valenwood by rush attacks and sparking rebellions amongst the masses.
11. Get the Pyjiic's to summon the armies of the Empire of Cyrodil and Black Marsh into Summerset Isle.
12. Arm Odahviing with Daedric dragon armor and ride him into battle on Summerset Isle in an all out assault.
13. Either die honorably and be sent to Sovrngaurd or survive and use my new found heroic status to reunite the Empire and and become its emperor.
