What do you do when you're a Let's Player with no voice..?

Just a bit of a laugh - the voice acting in this is actually better than the game!

The vocal presentation here is suspiciously reminiscent of the "Nancy McKeon in Oblivion" video series. Coincidence?

Yours remains one of my favorite Oblivion Let's Plays. I'd go so far as to label it my number-one current favorite. Admittedly, it advanced to that lofty when its contenders terminated. But even before then it placed high on the list.

I must embarrassingly admit that I've fallen way behind on this series and need to play catch-up. I used to check for new entries daily, but ceased during a prolonged period when new episode postings were few and far between. Between that and Veriax and SpiffySquee both ending their Let's Plays I got out of the habit.

I have on numerous occasions half seriously considered creating my own Oblivion Let's Play, showcasing the misadventures of my decrepit avatar and talking about mods and game-play philosophy. I have not and likely will never succumb to that temptation. Reasons are several. First and foremost is my voice. It is truly rancid. It has been a constant embarrassment to me throughout life. (The only compliment I ever received on my voice came from a former co-worker, a rather attractive young lady. She constantly told me how much she liked my voice. This always baffled me, since almost everyone else has to struggle to hold back laugher when I speak. One day I finally drummed up the courage to ask her why she liked it so much. She replied: "It sound just like my favorite Saturday morning cartoon character back when I was a little girl." )
