Maybe it's just something with your screen, or setting, or forum HTML on your side. But really. It's pink.

I'd want to rebuild Nipton and turn it into a nice small town, with a general store, clinic, tavern, etc. but not all scummy like it was before.

Oh and also, as an ironic joke, I would want to start the Mojave Lottery. Tickets only sold in Nipton. :hubbahubba:

I would like to have initially encountered Nipton before it was invaded, as in about midway through the game the leigion shows up. When we first get there there could be some kind of lottery as mentioned above.

I like it.

Yup..Primm has a lot of potential. Having the only working roller-coaster West of the Mississippi, if not in the whole former US, would bring in the tourists like a magnet draws iron fillings. I'd also buy into the Vicki & Vance to help old man Nash renovate it, too. With both casinos restored to thier pre-war glory, that will fund re-building the town so the place doesn't look like a dump.

A whole lot of the smaller towns could be very nice if renovated, especially if you could go to Nipton before the Legion came

I would make The Strip bigger because basically its just one short road with 4 casinos. I would add about 2 casinos and add places to buy and sell etc. It would also be cool to rebuild the Lucky 38 to its former glory.

Hidden Valley, i would love to turn the little desert above the bunker into a HUGE BoS fortress, with giant metal walls, turrets, robots, etc.

If there is a youtube video with that one homebase mod making something like this, please link it (^o^)b

Have you been there and actually talk to the BoS. I dont think that is exactly what they are looking for. They retreated there for seclusion and their whole questline is based around them being reclouses.

well after the questline they lift the lockdown and even have you put a radar thing on black mountain to better know their surroundings. i don't think it's too out of line for them to try and rebuild, especially if they ally with the NCR.

I'd give Novac some kinda metal/electronic scrap collection quest.

And uhm, I'd give every casino at least 5 quest or more and be able to join their families with privileges.

Yeah, I guess I have to set an apointment to the eye doctors.. yay.

Maybe the doctor who'll operate on your eyes is a crazed villain which is drunk and fixes them up with lazors!

The strip. For the game to be focused around this city only to have it be really small (I think freeside is bigger) is saddening.

I'd agree with virtually abandoned places like the casino in Primm along with Nipton as basically one individual is alive, unless you shot him dead.

Personally I wouldn't of minded developing out Freeside from poverty or even Jacobstown and help Marcus expand it ingame as it seems the most ripe to make into a flourishing town.

As for Red Rock Canyon, I find it beautiful with the scenary and music putting your spirit to light without the graphics even being an issue. I personally wish you could speak to more individuals/ go into the closed tents. I don't see developing it unless Obsidian had given the choice to help the smaller factions like Khans take territory and into the final battle instead of the four specific routes with the smaller factions factering little.

P.S. Sorry if there's garbles. Kind of typed this from a cellphone.

If you are on PC there's someone working on a mod for this.

Also having thought about it, the only places I thought didn't need a lot of work were Jacobstown and Goodsprings. These two towns seem to be in a good place were only time can make it grow. They lack quests, though that's a problem for a lot of towns. Novac and Freeside I felt could use some quests to build them up some more, but both were places with plenty of things to do and I'd prefer other places get up to speed over adding more to these places.
