What is your DREAM job?

Other than a job at Bethesda? I'd like to start a brewery and make tasty ales for the world to enjoy..... Well, that is if your idea of tasty is really dark and bitter.

Game writer/designer. Though that would require me to pick up a normal schedule... Nah, I'll stay with freelance translation. I'm getting enough money to pay the bills, sate my hunger for new stories and get out each week. And should I need more or my reserves dwindle, I'll just pick up a few more scripts that month.

there's no such thing as a dream job for me, a job is work and work is bad and dreams for me do not involve work or bad

however, if i got to choose my job i would choose to be... like... America's number one special forces super soldier type guy, who gets paid tons of money, and equipped with all the best gear, and gets picked up in a chopper, and gets to kill with his bare hands whatever gadaffi-type has made it onto the [censored]list, and gets total immunity from the law, and then goes to white house parties and gets pvssyd up by the first lady when she's had too much to drink.

i'm not even joking. it's a job. and yes i would do it if i wasn't afraid of absolutely everything.

Taste tester for H?agen-Dazs. No explanation needed.

Drill Sergeant. To be paid to scream, yell at, and insult dozens of people every day without any fear of reprisal. Ahhhhh...

Vice President of the United States of America. The president does all the real work, takes all the responsibility, kisses all the babies, and absorbs all the flak. All the VP really needs to do is sit pretty, cast the tie-breaking vote in the Senate, maintain the space-time continuum, and most of all, be as hateful and obnoxious as he possibly can. That way, no one in their right mind would want to assassinate the prez, lest they risk putting the VP in the oval office. For potentially ten years!

I get the feeling that a lot of them eventually end up horribly disillusioned with their careers.

Fighter pilot would be number one. Then in descending order:
Airline pilot
Helicopter pilot (military then civ')
Soldier
Musician (performing artist, studio musician, recording artist, producer)

It's the last on the list I'm pursuing. I have glasses and asthma, and there's no way I can afford to get private flying lessons. I do enjoy making music though, so it's not like I'm complaining.

Hmm, actor, director, dj, radio or tv presenter, game designer...

If I had to choose one probably director, but I doubt it's as fun as I imagine it is.

Wyatt, Spectre, describe the restaurants. I'm intrigued!

Its gonna be a burger joint/brewery combination. My brother is gonna be brew master and I will run the food side of things. I will have a burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and deserts, as well as various sides to choose from. There will be over 50 beers, all on tap, at least 5 of witch will be from our own brewery. It will have rockabilly/tattoo themed interior with paintings done by my tattoo artist ranging from pinups to classic cars. I already have a rough draft of the menu and such worked up. Gimme a couple years.

At the time being I'm studying but my dream job would be Fallsk?rmsj?gare in the Swedish Army or Parachute Ranger in English and after a few years I'll join the SOG (S?rskilda Operations Gruppen)
SOG is the best of the best in the Swedish Army.
Thats my dream job right there and the best part is that if I train hard enough it can become reality. :celebration:

University teacher/researcher in ancient history. Wouldn't want to be a professor I think, too much university politics to deal with that svck all the fun out of your job.
