What's your endgame skill distribution ?

Hi all,

I am currently lvl 20 and I am wondering about end game optimization of my skills. What distribution are you aiming for at the end of the game ? More specificaly, I am very interested in your target levels for your secondary skills (like barter, lockpicking, medicine, repair, science, speech and survival).

I am lvl 20 sniper (guns) with all the implants I wanted to get, and my current skill distribution (including the bonus given by the 1st recon beret) is the following:

Barter 38
Energy Weapons 28
Explosives 32
Guns 100
Lockipicking 67
Medicine 51
Melee 30
Repair 100
Science 50
Sneak 100
Speech 67
Survival 45
Unarmed 28

So, which skill distribution are you aiming for ? Please feel free to add specific comments on secondary skills (barter, lockpicking, medicine, repair, science, speech and survival).

EDIT: some more info: I get 14 skills pts per lvl, that gives me 140 skills points left.

Heh, for me, those 'secondary' skills are my primary skills, and the combat ones come later.

That said, given your current setup you can max three additional skills and raise a fourth somewhat. I would recommend Speech, Science, and Lockpicking, however that depends on how important it is for you to get past locked doors and containers, given that many quest-related ones either have a key or are unlocked via the quest's script.

Another possibility would be Speech, Medicine, and Survival, however the latter two are somewhat redundant save for the removal of radiation, so that might be seen as duplication of effort. Assuming you wish to raise only one of those two then I would add either Lockpicking or Science, depending on which one you feel would be more useful.

Level cap increase for the win unbalance!
