I love Japanese, Chinse (both the genuine kind and the Americanized take-out kind) and Korean food. I also love fish (the formers often use fish). However, I also like steak, lamb, etc.... and some Italian food, but I don't like anything with tomatoes (ketchup being exempt, as it does not really taste like them).

I like salmon the way I make it. It's the best. I make it almost like a curry.
I also like crab ragoon and other chinese foods. Kung Po chicken is one of my favorites, from the place I get it.
I like deep dish pizza with spinach, and spicy foods in general, as long as they're not overkill.
I also love these pears called apple pears, and china pears that are like lighter versions of them.

I'm a Mexican food fiend. If its Mexican, most likely I'll love it if its even remotely well done. Fortunately for me Mexicans opening restaurants seem to be like the Chinese and Italians - they're getting all over the world. Makes it easier for an addict like me when traveling. :D A friend in London said they actually have a few decent Mexican restaurants there now.

Just about anything that doesn't move faster than me. I tend to be a carnivore. I don't usually buy veggies, but if someone else makes them and puts them on my plate, I eat them.

I'm not into great heat, so a lot of Mexican and some Asian cuisines are out. Mex-lite, Yankee-Chinese, and baby-Indian are fine.

Chicken Madras and pilau rice with a garlic naan. Poppadoms and onion bhajis before hand as well if possible. Clear winner for me
Burritos/Fajitas
Chicken and bacon kebabs/shashliks

Chicken and bacon anything actually. And spice is nice.
