Oblivion's near-infinite view distance is ugly, in my opinion, and it also makes Cyrodiil feel much smaller than it ought to. This is my attempt to simulate Morrowind's fog. Combined with Run Speed Tweak, Cyrodiil feels as large and wonderfully mysterious as Vvardenfell once did.

Your fog addon is really nice, I do enjoy the effect more than I enjoy staring at those ugly LOD tiles in the distance. You should really upload it to TESNexus.

Does this addon save on fps? If not, should I lower the uGridDistantCount setting from 25 to a number that fits the fog addon best, whatever that would be?

I'd also like to know how this plugin relates to Streamline's Streamsight.

There are many awesome mods. One of my all-time favourites is still Lost Spires, though. That mod blew me away, and I think it's the most fun I've ever had playing a mod.

I tried it once, but it is a true horror to install it and get it to work. <_<

I agree, it's easier than ever to install (u)FCOM thanks to TheNiceOne's OMOD installers, the FCOM BSA archives, and BOSS. The only thing that could be simpler about it is Fran's installation. Now, back in the 0.8 beta days... whew..

Also, how could I forget Tamriel Travellers for my post? Those guys are invaluable :)
