What is your favorite weapon?

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 2:47 am

I wanted to see what people's favorite weapon and weapon type is. Show your 1st favorite weapon, your second favorite, and what kind of weapons (more or less of a certain weapon/weapon type) you want to see in FO4.

My personal favorite weapon type is energy, and favorite weapon is the modded laser rifle (you can find a scope and beam splitter at old lady gibson's). My second favorite would be the pulse pistol (at silver rush) because it kills robots in one hit. In FO4 I would like to see just a larger variety of weapons. I know there is already a large variety, but bigger is better right?

I prefer a mix of Melee/Unarmed, with only one firearm for long distance. My favorite weapon, in vanilla NV, is probably Pushy or Knock Knock.

I was allways a melee kind of guy.

Machete gladius
Ballistic fist
And in fallout 4 less ammo and guns and more melee weapons.

Hunting Rifle (NV). With mods it easily lasts me the whole game. The Rock-It Launcher probably deserves a mention for pure novelty value.

I usually prefer the somewhat sensible and worn-looking weapons, whenever I'm not going the energy weapons route.

The rifle .223 pistol from FO1. I just love the sound! Don't really use That Gun in New Vegas though.

Fallout? Laser Rifle and the Sniper Rifle, I like being the last thing they've never seen.
Any other video game? Gimme a shotgun, high rate of fire assualt rifle, and more over my knife... God I love my knives, then again that's why i'm Blade in my games.

Who doesn't prefer close contact? I guess in New Vegas my favorite weapon would have to be the Brush Gun. Didn't really use the Trail Carbine all that much. And the Brush Gun gave me that Cowboy feel without the intrusive iron sights of the Cowboy Repeater. Also Mysterious Magnum gave me a nice cowboy feel too.

There are many cowboy Raz, who don't. Like hygiene obsessed maniacs, blood-phobics or scared victims of intense violence...but we gamers like it closer (maybe except snipers).
