What is your favourite Dragon Priest?

Post » Sat Aug 03, 2013 1:18 am

So, which one is your favourite Dragon Priest? It doesn't matter the reason, is he the strongest? the coolest? do you like his mask the most?

I didn't put Miraak in the poll because I think he would win for sure, besides, I mean the undead Dagon Priests in old Nordic Barrows.

Well, my favourite one is Volsung. He was my first Dragon Priest in Skyrim, and when I saw him I was amazed on how cool and strong that new kind of enemy was. Also, his mask isn't great, but it's not useless either, so it's all good =P

They're all the same.

I'll vote Krosis because fireballs.

Favorite Dragon Priest. Not favorite mask.

That said, OP forgot Vahlok the Jailor.

Yep, only Dragon Priests, not the mask.

Vahlok is the 4th from bottom-up xD

This might not be known, but the forums maybe...biased.

Favorite does not matter. They all make for excellent trophies, and their ashes I use to bathe in.

I voted for the third option but yes all of their masks make great trophies.

I enjoy hunting those masks down and ripping them off of the faces of each dragon priest after a good duel that is.

I'd suspect that many of those votes for Hevnoraak have more to do with the member with similar username.

Nah... the thing is, Hevnoraak has a massive legion of undead thralls, and they are going to unbalance the voting =P

Yeah, but I role-play him, so it's still pretty legit. I think I have Hevnoraak's personality nailed.

I fought Krosis rather early in my Skyrimming career. It took me several attempts, a dead eye with my bow, lots of healing and potions, and a ton of time. It was an arduous, grueling, incredibly satisfying fight. When I finally won and tore his mask off, only to don it myself, I felt accomplished. I felt like I had earned the mask with a hard-fought battle. It was worth it, no matter how punishing the fight may have been.

Does Miraak count? Technically his mask is a dragon priest mask so does that make him one?

I would choose him cause he's surly and you get to put a hurting on him and then wear all his clothes just to mock him "oooooh look at me I'm the big and powerful Miraak"

Otar because hes mad. Crazy people are unpredictable and usually create an entertaining scene. Add magical powers and an army of Druagr and you've a marry ol' time.

Yup. Why add Hevnoraak but choose to refuse Miraak? It's the same thing.

Well, since Miraak has been left out again ...

I went Azhidal. By far the most interest quest out of all of the dragon priests, by far the best loot in his tomb and probably the most interesting backstory.

I'm almost certain that Miraak is intended to be undead, but they wanted the player to have his robes, gauntlets, boots, and mask so they gave him a living model.

Cause I mean. The guy lived in a foreign dimension with no food or water for how many eras?

You don't "age" in a Daedric realm. Especially one where time is as malleable as the Prince of fate.
