what is your favourite questmission in oblivion?

am so happy to finally have a copy of the game again (am installing it now to 360 hd) was wondering what peoples favourite mission is in the game (can include shivering isles/kotn also) for me it would have to either be the mission where you go into a painting to rescue the artist (just loved the graphical style.it just looked like you really were inside a painting.plus i wasn't expecting that for a mission :-) also would have to say nearly all of the knights of the nine quest.for some reason just really enjoyed the whole questline (oh and getting that lovely armour as a bonus ;-) i haven't yet played much of the shivering isles but will remedy that this time :-) so what quests did you love to do?

It's hard for me to say what the favorite was. Hackdirt comes to mind as one of the top 10

The Heist, for fame and glory! Stealing an elder scroll ain't that easy, mind you.

I think perhaps Sanguine's Shrine Daedric quest.

For me, that's something that varies by character. One of my characters, who was very nutty anyway, was perfect for Sheogorath's Wabbajack quest. I had great fun doing it with that character, even though I generally hate it. My character actually found ways to add some extra pranks to the quest, like putting some rat meat into the cheese case...

My noble types really get caught up in the Jemane Brothers story line. By the end of the quest, there's an anguished moment when one has to decide whether to go back to tell the brothers about their father's crime. One of my characters just didn't have the heart to do it. It's a good quest, because you can play it out three different ways: Turn in the sword to its rightful owners, sell it to the crook, or keep it for yourself.

Unearthing Mehrune's Razor. It was worth every penny.

Probably "Through a Nightmare Darkly" because it's one of the more creative.

Some of the Knights of the Nine quests are near the top of my list... because of the puzzles etc.

Ultimate Heist. A romp through one of the game's most epic dungeons and very interesting & old ruins.

I really do love A Brush with Death. It was one of the first quests I played IIRC and it was the moment I really looked at Oblivion and thought.... 'wow'.
