I do have the full game [bought in March], 3 expansions and the latest patch plus the major nexus mods. For players considering the Legendary, is it worth it? Is it exactly the same or differences? A warning? A waste of money? Money well spent?

It's just Skyrim with the 1.9 patch and all three DLC.

Waste of money if you have everything for Skyrim.

Not a waste if you only have Skyrim.

If you have all of the DLC and are patched up to 1.9 already, there's no reason to buy the Legendary Edition.
