With this last patch I wanted them to make the game work properly.

Exactly, I just want to play without randomly getting faction bugs and rendering my game unplayable.

I have little to no problem with bugs, but i do get a little stutter from now and then, so engine stability and performance are up on my list, followed by weapon balancing.

Performance and stability because mods can only do so much. Engine problems are big headaches when you play 6-8 hours straight. I experienced it first hand with Dragon Age: Origins. They couldn't fix memory leaks in multiple patches over months so we still had to restart the game once in an hour or so because the lag would become unbearable. They also had bugged quests and missing items but modders put those in place in a month or so.

I don't think we need any more game play tweaks to be honest, let's focus on the mechanical aspects of the game now. Not to put down the game play patches that were made, they were great, but let's put that behind us now.

I would defiantly have to say that the stability of the game should be the first priority.

bug fixes for sure.

i dont like nerfing and theres not much they can do for stability and performance. its a crappy old engine thats being pushed too hard, no amount of patches can fix that.

Btw, have they gotten around to fixing the Ranger Andy+Raul thing yet?

Oh, and here is a Bounty to Obsidian: 25,000 Reputation points(or bottle caps) is to be awarded to the employee(s) who can actually make the quest "I Put a Spell on You" work properly, on EVERY possible outcome, on the first try without doing some religious ceremony in-game to prevent the bugs.

If a game needs it, stability/performance are always first for me.
Then bug fixes.

I rarely care about "game balancing" in most games. I either like a game as it is or I dislike it & don't play it (unless I can mod it). I don't spend much time thinking about 'what could be' or 'what it should be.' Especially since most of the time, imo, companies that constantly change balance thingies over long periods of time, end up turning a game I loved into a game I find ho-hum. (looks at MMORPG's and Diablo2)...

Edit:nitpicky & likely unnecessary clarification

Well, I'm not sure how I seem to be the only one getting freezes when loading interior/exterior cells but I'd certainly love for that to be fixed. The freezes are so bad that "CTRL+Alt+Delete" is unresponsive for several minutes after said freezes. It's a huge pain to deal with. Oh and I should note I haven't even been using mods since the update.

I've never had issues with the game itself running properly, but rather the fact that the faction reputation system itself, let alone the bug is one of the most ridiculous problems I have ever seen in a game.
