What if your system broke...?

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 10:24 am

I wouldn't worry because I have two ps3. I just bought the 320gb move bundle, but decided to keep my old fat version that plays great for 6 yrs old. ; )

"What would you do if your console broke on release night?"

Have it running again inside an hour and go on like nothing ever happened. My console's a PC, and my spare/used parts pile contains enough stuff to build two more. :D

I think I'm going to be very nice to my computer once the month hits. Power Off regularly and stuff.

Look again, an hour before your computer broke down, I broke into your house and sabotaged your PC and stole all the spare parts :ninja:

Well. I would stare in awe at my 360. But then, seeing as how I bought a new 360 slim last month and I have a one year warranty, I would go out and replace it with a new slim

Well, it's a good thing I have both a 360 and a reliable PC. I don't foresee any problems with either, though my PC's internet connectivity has been acting up...

The idea of everything in my PC breaking at the same time and being irreperable is so ridiculous that it can't be answered in those terms.

Once I had a pc... it suddenly stopped working... the people who fixed it say'd that apparently everything but my harddrive was broken...

Ha-ha, I wonder, if your house burnt on Skyrim release day, would you cry more because you don't have a place to live or because you won't play Skyrim?

Even if every part of my pc catastrophically failed on release day, I have enough spare parts to build an entire rig.
Nothing will stop me.

My old xbox just got the red ring of death a week or two ago, was pretty bad the thing was destroying discs. I went out and bought one of those newer xboxes that got the built in wifi and sensor buttons. Pretty fancy and the wifi is better than my old one improved video streaming from netflix.
If it went out I'd send it into microsoft, then consider building a new computer. My microprocessor is like 11 years old so it's mostly just for browsing since it can't even competently run flash player. Sometimes when I get done gnawing my teeth over microsoft boning you at every turn; my harddrive on the old xbox was incompatable with the new one and had to spend another 100 bucks for the 250gb harddrive, I dream about building a computer that has doesn't have a microsoft OS.
edit: scratch that, it was an extra 120$ for the harddrive cause I also had to buy a data transfer link cable to get my profile and all my old saved games off the previous drive.

If my gaming PC would stop working, I'd fix it. :) If my power supply would be the part to break again, I'd just take a replacement one from my part storage. :P
