What is your very favourite thing you have learned about Sky

Jeremy Soule doing the music for Skyrim.
At least one thing they kept from previous games.

Is this tradition exclusive to this forum? If so...how did it originate?

once apon a time, there was a great and powerful meber on this forum. He had many fishy sticks, and gave them away to those who's great intelligence matched his own. after everyone had a fishy stick, he disappeared, and we keep his tradition alive by giveing fishysticks to the new mebers...

...or something like that. yes it is specific to these forums, and the Devs even addend it to M'aiq the Liars rumors http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:M%27aiq_the_Liar .

the more you know...

That's where I've heard it before! All this fishy stick business I was sure I'd heard it somewhere before and it was from M'aiq!

Oh, right. That too. Can't wait for awesome big scars in my face, chest and back. They're great for a background story

Dual wielding. Loved it in Dragon AGe: Origins, and am thinking about RPing a Warden in Skyrim :)

I think what I'm most looking forward to is dual weilding, as I always wanted to weild dual katanas in oblivion but was unable to do so :( I'm also pretty excited about the dragonshouts, especially Stormcall (I've always been fascinated by storms ^_^).

I can't decide between the facial customization options or the vastly improved look of Khajiit.

I'd be hard pressed to have to pick just one thing. Dragons is a pretty easy one to pick, improved 3rd person view, improved animations, dragons, improved leveling, new skills, dragons, npc relations, beards, tavern brawls, did I mention dragons yet? I could go on like this for a while. :celebration:

Uh... carriages?

I hate to say it but it's pretty hard to think of good/favourite things about Skyrim; all I can remember (right now) is all the bad things... and it's a lot of bad things.

When I look back to the times that I first heard about each piece of information...I can't quite explain the joy. It's as if they're making MY Elder Scrolls game. It's as if the entire reason that I loved Morrowind and Oblivion in the first place is because Bethesda just makes the games that I want. It's as if I inadvertently saved Todd Howard's life without realizing it, he recognized my heroism, then he had me stalked for years so that he could learn how to perfectly craft Skyrim so that it's a gift just for me. Above all, though, I agree with Kikki. December was a wonderful month. So many chills were had. And ever since then...more chills have been had. And there are more chills to come when 11-11-11 rolls around.
