There is a dialogue line in Oblivion about how Jiub helped the nerevarine and was sainted, but that's not really part of the game.

It didn't say that Jiub helped the Nerevarine, it said he drove the Cliff Racers out. And that also answers your question about what happened to him, he went racer owning.

I think he meant that in game mentioned him helping the nerevarine. Do you know who and Where it is mentioned in oblivion?
