I think thats it. I tend to repetitively name my characters Mike. I have over 20 characters with different races and attributes in Morrowind and Oblivion with the same name. :lol:

Morrowind-my name(Dark Elf)

Oblivion-my name(Imperial)

I don't feel like sharing my name over then internet, though. It is only my first name. Yes, I role-play. I don't really role-play myself exactly how I would live, but I consider my characters an extension of my self and my representations in the Elder Scrolls universe as well as representations of my idea of heroes.

I've had literally hundreds of characters across TES III and IV. Usually the first ones are a variation on my name, or something similar, but some random real names, and some are completely made up.

I have characters that span over the games... at least their archetypes do.
For instance;
Relvain - Dark Elf -Assassin [custom] I've used him in Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind and Oblivion.
Garradin - Nord - Warrior [custom] I only used him in Morrowind.
Syv - Dark Elf - Mage [custom] I've used her in Morrowind and Oblivion.

Those are my main three... but I have many others.

Too many to list, but I usually use exiting names. Perhaps I'll change the name slightly, or mix multiple names together. here's a few;

I give different names to all my characters, all lore-based. I would never name an Imperial "Bob", and whatnot. Naming my character is one of my favorite parts of the game. Especially Argonians and Nords.

I often take names from obscure historical figures, sometimes with a little modification.

I've never used my own name or a variation on it and I don't believe there is any name I've used across multiple Bethesda games. I did have one that I used for concurrent Morrowind and NWN characters despite the fact that the Morrowind character was a male Argonian mystic and explorer while the NWN character was a female elf archer.

One time I used a name of a faction from WoW (Kurenai) for a character name, all the time thinking "that sounds familiar, where the hell did I come up with that?" At the time it seemed to fit an Argonian female.

Seemed as good a name as any for an Argonian male. Besides, he gets talked about in Leyawiin!
