You can't use both together.

MGE is better, mainly because you can actually play morrowind on it at the moment. Unless all you do in a game is attack random creatures and stare at pretty scenary
Graphics-wise, they both have their advantages, I personally prefer MGE

Morroblivion takes stuff from morrowind and puts it into oblivion, so NPC's look better than stock morrowind as they use oblivion bodies and heads.
However you can get morrowind NPCs looking just as good, by downloading better bodies and a head replacer mod (http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=994490).

A lot of morrowind's armor isn't even in Morroblivion yet (I don't count using Oblivion's armors as having morrowind armor :D).

If you use Morroblivion you are playing Oblivion, it just adds the Vvardenfell from Morrowind into Oblivion. So it requires Oblivion.
If you use MGE you are actually playing Morrowind with better graphics. It doesn't add any items, if you want better looking items, look through the many texture replacers out there.

TBH you'll find the morrowind landmass looks out of place in oblivion though, as they havn't added normal maps to the morrowind textures yet
Looks worse than my Morrowind, MGE and ENBseries combination, you can see other people's Morrowind screenshots http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=981438

We don't allow discussion of programs made specifically to import assets from one game into another, which is against our rules.

Recently there have been a number of posts concerning Morrowind Mods and people using assets from other games, in whole or in part.

We do not and will not get involved in the policing of the Morrowind Mod community. However, in no way, shape, or form can we allow people to talk about taking copyrighted and proprietary materials from other games and using them for mods for Morrowind.

Any threads discussing using models or assets from other games in Morrowind Mods are going to be locked, no questions asked. As a software developer and publisher, we don't have the luxury of looking the other way on this. Sorry.

We certainly don't want anyone using the work we've done on Morrowind in mods for other games, so we have our part when it comes to other games. Please stop using assets from other products for Morrowind mods, and please do not use any assets from Morrowind for projects in other games.

Thanks for your understanding.
