Sounds like some British accent to me.
But I'm an American, and thus I only know Cockney, Irish, Scottish, and whatever the british news reporters use. So I may be wrong.
Not scottish, he doesn't sound like one. his voice actor was born in London.
It's an English accent. Not sure about the whole "good place to start" thing. No further detective work to be done there.
I mean it is what it is.
Or... maybe it is Irish.

Except it's not an English accent in any way, shape or form. If I had to guess, it's a sort of upper/middle class Scottish accent but I'm probably wrong.
Nope. It's definitely South African.
I'm just being bad at trying to be funny. It is British and the above link to his site even states that.
Now, you're just being silly. It's definitely...
Hungarian.
Except that "British" accent is a useless term and is as general as using the term "American accent" as much as a Mexican having the same accent as someone from Minnesota.
Are you drunk?
Try to call an Irishman or a Scott a Brit to their face.
Depends on the Irishman you told it to. Ever heard of the UDA? Scots are also British due to being part of the island of Great Britain.
I've mistakenly started bar fights in pubs across Hong Kong. Well, admittedly some were rather intentional. No matter where the legal boundaries lie, I assure you you will draw unwanted aggression.
Either way, I still favor English / British. His site dictates the relevant.
With all the work he's done, it's probably totally made up and non specific. I like it though.
