No Alcatraz is the only person with the nanosuit 2. The original nanosuit is being used by all the CELL soldiers and some of the military.

There are no gender issues here. A guy just asked how the female nano suit looks like and after that I said that it's probably a nice idea to have female characters in the game aswell. For the sake of diversity and personal choice (I.e I might be a girl and I might want to play a character who is my gender etc.). And btw, is this only for me or is the site kindoff bugged, I can't fully see the comments. It's a little cut off at the right part of the comments section. There probably won't be a female character in the campaign, as it's probably a bit like only being able to play as Master Chief(male version) in Halo 3. If the character didn't have any background information, and nothing was set in stone, then it might be a bit like Halo: Reach, where you can change your suit's appearance and gender.
