That looks likes clouds to me.If you look closely you can see the bottom left horizon is bright.SO its either the sun or the Strip.

*facepalm* It's not the sun....what the hell do you think happened? Describe to me the series of events that could possibly lead to me confusing a cloud with muzzle flare?

My BB gun has no muzzle flair.

It only happens in about 1 in 10 shots.

It's a magical cloud. It only appears when you fire a weapon and will show itself in such a way that no matter which angle you're looking from, it looks like the muzzle flash.
