My car crash dropped me down to 1 hp. Luckily the paramedics arrived quickly and had a full supply of potions, phoenix down, regen spells, etc.

I was bedridden with mono for three weeks over summer once. Could barely eat or get up to do anything so it probably brought me pretty low.

I had a long term debuff once, but I'm playing on normal so it didn't bother me too much. I've successfully avoided any life-threatening damage. The only available mode is Dead is Dead, so I have to be careful, y'know?

Well some people believe you get access to the CK when you die.

Oh, I'd say ~85% or so. Ski accident a while pack, temporarily semi-crippling (walking was hell, and pretty difficult, for a few days) but not life-threatening.

I have been pretty healthy/lucky so far. I have taken a couple crits to some limbs, but nothing too worrisome.
