Whats the point of Bound bow?
if you have a real bow, or use magic.

In Morrowind/Oblivion, I used bound weapons in case I did not have a magic weapon and ran into a ghost or something

No weight. Poison delivery is handy even if you've destruction spells.

Weightless bow that you can conjure up any time you want. What's not to like?

Conjuration has perks to beef 'em up too. Increase damage, banish certain creatures, soul trap kills, etc.

Don't forget whatever buff it may give you, like +20 to Marksman.

I forgot what it actually gives though. Some kind of fire damage maybe?

So I guess bounded weapons are no longer Daedric. More phantom-like this time.

You still need arrows, at least you did in Oblivion.

Another thing is that if, for whatever reason, you've been separated from your inventory you still have a healthy bow (SI Prison). Doesn't do you as much good, without arrows, as a bound sword though.

I'm not so sure about that in Skyrim.

If you've seen the picture (which I can't link for obvious reasons) the arrows/quiver are also very ethereal looking. They are the same clear blue color as the bow.

You may have finite arrows this time, but more damage from it or some trade off. (set number when summoned)

Well, in the screenshot you can see phantom arrows as well. And if you mean the phantom arrows run out, simply cast the spell again!

That is what I mean. The arrows in the quiver have the same appearance as the bow, lending to the idea a set number of arrows is summoned with it.

So yes, you would need to summon it again to replenish them.

The way in which conjuration can be increased through perks along with their original features such as weightlessness and strength
Give bound bows a more viable form of use in skyrim
Esecially if ur living from item to item surviving with weight restrictions
It gives your pure mage a reason to use a weapon

I didn't see any screenshot with a bound bow. Anyway, maybe the arrows are ethereal like the bow because there is only one tipe of arrows in the entire game and they take the style from the bow :sadvaultboy: .

This^ Plus have you seen the screenshot for it? Pure, undiluted badass. I think I might put a few points in Archery because of it.

No. Watch the Demo, even the legal Bethesda one shows Orcish Arrows clearly.

Which says there are different types.

Incidentally, there's a conjuration perk that increases your damage with bound weapons.

Sneak bonus, plus marksman bonus, plus conjuration skill bonus, equals OUCH!
