Whats the problem with my load order?

Post » Fri May 04, 2012 8:19 am

Hello guys!
I have just installed Fallout 3 with all DLC's and started downloading mods straigt away.
I tried to learn the basics of load orders, but I dont really get it.
so basically, the mods that don't affect the game much belong to the top of the order and the ones which affect the gameplay much belong down, right?
I also use NMC's texture pack.

I have windows 7 64 bit , an i5 2500k 3,3 GHz CPU, EAH5830 1GB graphics card, 4gb 1333 MH DDR3 ram.

I created a merge with FO3Edit which is loaded last.
When I start playing FO3 with my latest savegame, it takes only 1 minute to crash, mostly when I travel to new areas.
I tried to change FO3 to play with 2 cores, that doesn't help either.
WTF? ):

According to the mod author of Xepha's Dynamic Weather, it is not compatible with Fellout.

You need to look at this post and make the necessary changes. You did not say whether or not you have archiveinvalidation invalidated!. If you don't, get it and install it. With the number of mods you have, you need B.O.S.S. Get it and install it. Since you have FO3Edit, get the training manual and learn how to clean mods and how to read the conflicts. One other thing, does your equipment meet the minimum requirements for Fallout 3? I mean the requirements as printed on the box. The fact that you can run other games has no bearing on whether or not you can run Fallout 3. This game requires a strong graphics card. It puts a lot of stress on the graphics processor and need a good one. The usual integrated cards in laptops are usually not strong enough to run this game properly.

I got ArchiveInvalidation.
Of course I meet the minimum requirments. I got a new graphic card : gtx 560 ti 448.
I can play the game on ultra settings w/o lag.
B.O.S.S. sorting doesn't change anything...
I'll try to learn how fo3edit works...
Thanks.

These are quotes taken from your posts. Do you have a problem or not?

Why should I ask for help if i have no problem with the game...You told me that my graphic card could be the problem so I mentioned that the gpu is strong enough.
I can play the game without lag but it still crashes.
