Whats with all the hate? [SERIOUS DISCUSSION ONLY] : V

No I am not here to start a "We hate skyrim" or "skyrim is so cool" or any kind of flame war. I haven't seen this much hate for a game since.....since.....ever.Like this whole section is littered with "I wasted my moms money, wah!" or similar stories. Even oblivion didn't get this much hate.....Why? The graphics look amazing - ok so there are some glitches but very game has glitches. Software developers are not perfect. game designers are not perfect.....

I'm just so baffled, one minute the forum is full of "what should I make, where should I go" and the next its "We hate Bethesda, todds head on a stick! woot!"

Why?

The week after Skyrim came out, this forum had threads that are actually ABOUT the game, now its just: "Update svckz. WHyz Destruczion weak? Why is my sword made out of metal?"

I mean sure we all thought thi would be the next crisis game.....But realistically I am glad for the graphics I got, I was expecting crysis like graphics, did I get that, no, am I raging, no. i like the idea of this game. I like it more then oblivion, Hell I spent 150 on the collectors edition for a reason. Now I get that people have a right to complain about this that and the other thing but....really? think about oblivion compared to this game - this game trumps it

Also OP, most of the hate, excluding people complaining over bugs and having no fun with their purchased product because of them, is because for some reason Morrowind lovers unequivocally hate any and all non-Morrowind TES games. So much so they sabotage the other TES game forums to [censored] the place up and make is miserable for all. They feel threatened their game from 2002 might not be so loved anymore. Shame isnt it?n

Bah, it's mostly players that are just not good at the game. Remember back in the day? "This damn controller!!!" I am loving the game, the new patch did nothing game breaking from what I can see.

They really hyped this game up. It turned out to be a arcade RPG for 11 year olds. Very simplified, short quest. The only depth in the story you will find is reading in the books.
