so i just randomly went to whiterun to go bank some dragon cuz its soo damn heavy...anyways and i went to sell some dragon bones at belethors shop and i find his doors locked. So i waited till next day and yes i waited past 8:30am and before 8:30pm. Still locked i kept trying until i literally said WTF and decided to break in...i realise hes not even in the damn shop and i never killed him...i was wondering if that bald guy [censored] him and dumped his body somewhere but couldnt get anything out of him. PLEASE HELP

Sometimes some of the shops won't open until 10. No idea why, but I've noticed it happening a number of times.

if you look away from door and look at it again passed 8:30am it should work it happens to me

I had thishappen before, also had his inventory consist of nothing and he would only buy my nightingale armor from me(bugged much?). He eventually came back, and he eventually had items/bought more items off me.

He's probably stuck somewhere is all, store those dragon bones and go do something far away. Come back in a few days and if he's still not there maybe someone knows the console code to spawn him back.

Also like tho poster above mentions, if you stare at a door while waiting it will stay "locked". Just look away and back and it will be unlocked. Happens with all doors, and works the opposite way too(looking at and unlocked door and waiting it will say unlocked even ifits locked, look away and it changes to the correct lock or unlock).

dont forget i broke in and no one is home and more like hes took a vacation back to highrock than a day or week off lol. Maybe the guards caught him using his steroids...

You sure you don't have a generated quest that is to look for him? I had one before with arcadia.

I know they are all lazy in this game. The tip screen says most shops open from 8am to 8pm and that is bull. Most of the time I have to wait till like 10:30 or so to sell stuff.

His shop always opens late and some shop owners are actually walking around when not in their shops.

I don't think anybody's noticed it yet in posts, but the shops are actually closed on Sundas (Sunday)....

This happened to me, only I went in to his shop (broke in?) and as I was looking at something (lifting) he stormed in and called the guards. WTH! And his store still didn't open...
