New one here, just created him:

Sindari- Altmer Mage/scholar. I got this name from Tolkein- eerr books with the name in are called 'The Simillarion'(sp) and 'Unfinished tales' I believe. It is based on the name of one of the races of elves and well it seemed approriate

I have read a number of his books and the amount of names he has used is just fantastic.

Off-topic I know but just felt a bit of expination was nessecary- that and i cant take credit for his work.

my argonian character is called Bluescale hes a Bladesman lvl 36
my orc is Urgak gro shurnag hes a Battlemage lvl 30
my khajiit is Rhaziid hes a brigand (just a slightly modified thief class) he is lvl 20
my favorite character though is a tang mo called ling mao he is a samurai and lvl 54 (got tang mo thanks to a mod i found i highly reccomend it its creator even put in custom dialouge) :clap:

I don't suppose this one, Glaedr, has any inspiration from Eldest which is the second book in The Inheritance Cycle. It is the name of Oromis gold dragon and spelt letter for letter. That and it's an Argonian

I believe in Gaelic, (or Sanskrit, or some other ancient language) That name means "Dreadful" or "Dreaded One".
I remember learning this long ago.

Pang ~ Wood Elf custom class "Kyanreth's Own". Nature based Arcane Archer type.

Rhavi ~ Ohmes-Raht custom class I call Shadow Monk. Your basic thief that avoids violence where possible but will smack you with her claws should she have to. Easily distracted by shiny objects, crab meat and milk. Runs from Oblivion gates. (A hero she is not).

Siyuri ~ Dark Elf custom class Chaos Witch. Bad girl, Dark Brotherhood, Mage, Vampire to be.

Hmmm, I'm not very creative so my characters are named things like Breton Mage, Altmer Magus, Atronach Boy, etc. My current character is a little hottie, so I call her Dumi Nou. That's as creative as I get

I'll sometimes steal directly from novels, so I've played Pug, Belgarion, Magnus D'Armand, Belgarath, Aldric Tavalin, Janelle Angelline, etc. As you can see, I'm nearly always a mage.
