Right now, I'd probably favor light armor for the Light Touch perk that boosts crit while wearing light armor.

Im a big fan of trench coats since regulators in FO3, so either riot gear or that bounty hunters duster in the atomic wrangler, ah bugger cant remember his name.., alternativly my other char wears joshua grahams armor, i really do hate being slowed down...
