myn has to be the classic hunting rifle it may not do the best damage but with-100 small guns it does get the job done but on that note the scoped magnum is pritty siiiick :rock:

Dude, please, can you try and type with some goddamned grammar? I'll give you some tips:

"Myn" is actually spelled "mine".
"Pritty" is "pretty"
Start sentences with [censored] capital letters.
Try a period once in a while.
Commas are fun too.

On topic: Any sniper rifles. I just love 'em. Delicious exploding torso...... :gun:

a classic one:the plasma rifle,which saved my ass during the most game.something you can rely on
and when in close combat,the effective shishkebab does amazing job.

For weapons you can get right now:

Vault 101 - Baseball Bat - Heavier damage than a 10mm.
Megaton - Chinese Assault Rifle - You can get it by telling Simms about Burke's plan, then letting things take their course. No karma loss involved.
Very Quickly - A3-21 Rifle - Just swim to Rivet City (very safe and Moira will heal your radiation free) and do Replicated Man. The only combat you face is a couple of Mirelurks, which I think you can evade. You can theoretically get the gun while still on Level 2.

I haven't played the add-ons yet, so my favourites so far are frag mines (setting traps with them is great), frag grenades, and the Terrible Shotgun.

My favorite weapons tend to be Small Guns and Energy Weapons. Within those groups my favorite weapons are A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Ol' Painless, the Victory Rifle, Dart Gun, and Vengeance. (Yes I'm aware the latter is a Big Gun.)

Ammo for Fatman - 100 Caps

Wasting a Mini-Nuke on a Radroach. Priceless.

There are some things caps can't buy, for everything else, there's Nukacard. :tops:

On-Topic: My favorite weapons tend to be Revolvers. Especially Unscoped .44 Magnums.

I totally agree with this!!! The Fatman and .44 Magnums are by far my favorite weapons in the game!!! My top three: Fatman, .44 Magnums, Rock-It Launcher! I love the Fatman because obviously you can blow the crap out of ANYTHING! And the Rock-It Launcher is just EPIC because you can decapitate with random crap like coffee cups!!!

Fatman's good for certain specialized purposes, like Ant Queens, Behemoths, and clusters of Talon mercs when they're waiting for you outside the subway. But it obviously can't be your standard weapon.

Why cant it be? Its destructive and blows things up!!! It's pretty much an instant kill so therefore you barely have to fight. Fatman for the win!

I wuld say the Sniper Rifle or the .44 Magnum, but ammo is too scarse. So I would have to go with either the Combat shotgun, or the Chinese assault rifle.

I don't have a favorite really but I will name the top few I use the most.
Lincoln's Repeater has 0 spread, less than the sniper, and has no recoil.
Terrible shotgun can OHKO behemoths with a sneak attack headshot, good for 1 vs. 1(CSA).
Perforator is THE silent weapon to use.
Finally, I carry my trusty Callahan's Magnum.

3. Chinese officers sword.
4. Fatman.
5. Backwater rifle.
6. Rock-it-launcher.
7.Nuka cola nade.

The most fun to use are definitely the Fatman and Rock-it-launcher, gotta love blasting enemies with crap like old books, tin cans, mugs, plates and stuff.

I like the revolvers...
I'm really a pistol kind of guy. I like all the pistols..

(For some reason, I feel that Fallout: New Vegas should have a Tommy Gun. I really want one of those.)
