I usaly have it set at around 40-45

Tip: If for any reasion you find yourself not having played the game Crysis for a week or so,upon your return I would recomend you dropping your sensativaty down a few notches until you find your mojo.
This helps you by slowing things down and giving you time to get back the feel of the pace of the game once again.
I find when coming back to any FPS game having not played for a week or two it helps me by dropping the setting to around 35 then work back up to 40/45
Crysis is and will seem to be very very fast and manic then the normal when you have not played the game for a while.
The way I over come this is by doing said above tip....
Hope it helps others out too?......

Mine is on 55,just a little bit over the top and i dont want to have it to high because when a trickey situation arises on the battlefield and i lose control, i may die because if it.

90. I tried that once with an another game and now I can't play without high sensitivity. :(

As a small tip, I recommend to move in order to adjust aim. There are some cases where it can be difficult to adjust your aim a little bit with high sensitivity so it's better to move. That can also be useful with just about any sensitivity.
