I have this quest from a guy named Logan in that irradiated town the NCR once held, and i have to talk to Boxcar to get information on the radiation suits. When i talk to him tho all i get is the option to select "See you later" and nothing else. Ive found the cave with the radiation suit in it but i cant move foward on the quest because box car is bugged.

Anyone know a way to get around this ? Maybe kill him and respawn him or something ?
