If anyone knows, I would greatly like the information: When and where is the earliest point in wich to get a ballistic fist?

I have chosen hand to hand on this playthrough and would like a better weapon than spike nuckles. Pushy and other power fists don't interest me.

Displacer gloves and ballistic fists seem to be the best. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Pushy is a displacer glove...

Ballistic Fists are the top item. If you want them, you should wait until you're closer to level 20. And then check places like Gun Runners or kill some Praetorians.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I am siding with the legion this time and would prefer not killing them if possible.

The ballistic fist can be got from the BoS merchant from I think level 10-12 onwards, save before checkin inventory and if she dosen't have it in stock, exit game and reload + repeat. If you are unarmed there are 3 weapons you really want, love&hate unique spiked knuckles these are the best unarmed weapon you can sneak into a casino(found on a viper gang member in bonnie sprigs), Ballistic fist and the mantis gauntlet which can be bought from either the great khans weapon dealer or the NCR quartermaster at hoover dam using the same exploit you used to gte the ballistic fist. Make sure to learn ranger take down and the legion power attack as these are the best unarmed moves, scribe counter is bugged for me at least.

And the Gun Runners have guns, not unarmed weapons.

The first place I ever found one was in the BOS bunker. I don't remember what level I was.
