When can Delphine be my Follower? : V

I originally thought it will be at the end of Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, but that's not it?
Also which Quest/Place do I need to avoid to have her follow me forever?

She wont, on the quests where you travel with her you are going with her, she isn't following you. So it you go somewhere else she will carry on heading to the other destination on her own and will wait for you.

I saw people on YouTube having Delphine follow him around though. Was that just an act? I thought at some point I would get Delphine to follow me around like a 2nd Follower so I can do Miscellaneous Quests easier.

if you tell her you want to travel together she will follow you instead, you can do this with esbern and delphine at same time, when you tell them you want to go find sky heaven temple with them.

After the main quest you will need to kill Paarthurnax first before she will become a true follower. Not worth the price. Anyone so much as touch a hair...erm...scale on Paarthurnax' head will answer to me. >.<

Nope, you can't have more than one follower except if you buy a dog. And there are honestly much better followers than Delphine. I'd rather wish Paarthurnax could be a follower. Imagine the talk in town if you walk in there with a gigantic dragon following you. Hehe...

So the only time your Follower go from 1 to 3 is at Aldiun's Wall Quest until ...?
