A cd single ?
I don't know for a single but I believe a cd with all of the game's music will be released once the game comes out.
But people who will buy the pc version will get the songs in the basic game disc anyway.

But I'l have to agree that the theme is awesome and I love it and I'd really like to have a full version of it at a good quality of maby 240 or 320kbps so I can listen it everywhere! :D :celebration:

I want this song on my iPod...it will have it's own playlist titled "The most awesome [censored] song you will ever hear, prepare for glory!". All it will be is that song thus making it loop over and over again. i will then surgically graft my new Logitech G35 to my head, I will essentially be deaf, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

EDIT: Actually, that's a USB headset, another will have to do.

I'd like this too. I have the song on my ipod, but with all of the voice overs and sound effects it's pretty annoying... Maybe next time they have a Beth podcast they'll play the full theme.

I want cd soundtracks for Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. I would buy them all, and I know several other ppl who would, too.

There are CD soundtracks for both Morrowind and Oblivion...

There are Morrowind and Oblivion soundtracks out there so you're in luck. :)

BTW, I didn't mean a physical disc copy of the single, I mean just the mp3 for like $1.99 on the site or something.

Messaged the guys at Beth Blog about this. Here's what they said to me in reply:

We have no announced plans to release the track, but it's something we might do down the line.

Thanks for your interest in Skyrim

So it sounds like they'll probably do something like that, after all. Just not right now.

Can't you just record the music off of youtube from the trailer or do you want the music without the narrator?

They should make a cd where all the vocals are entirely in the dragon language..
