when did talos become an divine?

Ok im been scratching my head on this for awhile and thought id ask. When exqctly did talos become a divine? If im not mistaken he became linked and took the place of lorkhan and is basically part of an aedra holding nirn together. Did it happen before Morrowimd events or afterwards?

If so, how did his aspect show up in Morrowind? Is that actually his aspect or could the name actually be who the aspect is Wulf? Thw great deceiver and lich?

After talking with him, it strikes me that I may have been deceived into thinking it was Tiber.
First Wulf didnt have any love for the Empire after its dealings and treatment towards elves. If im not mistaken, he has tried to break the empire down behimd the scenes. Wulf believes its time for the empire to end and something new come along.
Also where u actually met Wulf. THE Wulf durimg the battle of red mountain when the tribuneral got its powers was a place of defeat at the foot of the mountains for old Wulf. We met Wulf ingame at the foot of the mountains. We are the prophesied ones who is taking down an enemy he fell trying to take down, and knowing his love towards elves I would imagine that he wanted to see the person taking down the one he failed to do. Granted we are also the one he failed to do but seeing how we possibly take down down ur as well as the tribuneral...eh
With Tiber being part of an aedra, how is it possible for him to form an aspect when hes holding the world tobether? Akatosh was able to but thats because of a huge ass soulstone and a dragonborn as a container. How is Tiber able to do it without some requirements? BUT the old Wulf was a Lich that was basically immortal. Theres a possibility that Wulf was actually Wulf.
yes the temple proclaims I met TIBER but Wulf was a great deceiver. Possible hes still doing what he does?

Am I over thinking this or missing something? Because its hard to wrap my head around Wulf not being Wulf but actually tiber.

Talos was definitely a Divine by the time of Morrowind. There were quests dealing with the Legion being riddled with Talos cults, IIRC. And there was no evidence of Talos worship in Daggerfall. So one can make a reasonable (though hardly undisputed) claim that Talos had his apotheosis after/because of the Dragon Break at the end of Daggerfall.

Yes. You are missing the fact that Wulfharth and Tiber Septim are the same person.

This thread may be of use to you: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1426521-community-apocrypha-1-wulfharth/

It contains an explanation of the Talos enantiomorph situation and a debate about when Talos ascended.
