Seriously though, OP, that sounds like kind of an overreaction...

Your story makes mine look passive. :P

I was pissed off that my cousins took one of my belongings without permission and then I threw a chair.

Uh.... I can't remember the last time. Perhaps when I was a child angry at someone, but I don't get mad these days. Just disappointed.

Haha mine was an EXTREME over-reaction and I fully admit that.
I was sitting in class and this kid, who kept on getting on my nerves stole my pencils, so I jumped out of my seat, grabbed his desk (with him still sitting) and flipped him and the desk all the way upside down.

Found out my (ex) bf of nearly 5 years was cheating. Didn't get violent, but I threw all of his stuff away (where he couldn't get it back), including his meds. Sure it's mean, but [censored] it, hope his new missus liked him without his antipsychotic meds. Also let a few of his new women (yup plural) know I existed - he'd neglected to tell them about me, funny that. :P

Bach (u c wut i did thar?) in junior high (6 years ago) I used to get mad easily, but I've leveled out quite a bit since then, if I'm angry I'll talk about it or brush it off, because usually it isn't that big of a deal in the big scheme of life.

Both you and your friend sound extremely immature, there was a girl who you obviously didn't have the balls to ask out or didn't like you and your friend (who may have actually liked her too, did you think of that one) had the balls to ask her out and you violently beat him? I hope he presses charges you [censored].

Edit: What is the deal with the people replying? A lot of you seem like an anger management class would be helpful.

I am very aggressive . . . "ly" passive. I can't remember the last time I truly got mad, to the point of flipping out none the less.

The last time I remembered flipping out was me yelling every word I knew into the phone and some I made up. I was low on gas and I had to pickup my sister at a grocery store on a certain street only problem is the same road has 2 with similar layouts and I'm sitting there scratching my head but then she had to drive with her friend to work for some reason and she still demanded to be picked up and I had to drive a very long way to get there and still couldn't find her. I did a roun about a few times slowly boiling and then when I see her she just up and moves and doesn't notice me.

Anything my sster says or argues about sends me into a http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_iIBc98gPUOw/S8uC7cgLsHI/AAAAAAAAACY/3t38GYR0W9I/s1600/17189-130475-RageFace2png-620x.jpg. My life is so much better not around her.

She gives the vaguest details on where to find her thinking you'll figure the rest out.

I'm usually an accepting person of things, but put me in a room with her for 24 hours, bad things are going to happen.

I'm bashing it because it sounds like its impacting your life, you seem like you have literally no control over yourself and need some help. Getting angry is normal, it's how you channel it, and sending a friend to ER over something relatively minor isn't healthy.

My question is why did you make this thread now if this happened so long ago?

Let's just say, little-monkey-girl-turned-raving-broad was not nice when someone finally flipped her after many years. Girl's School!
No charges, people were understanding enough.

Hurr hurr internet bravado

I pretty much never flip out. Closest I got was yelling at my friend 10 minutes before a uni deadline because he expected me to sort out printing all of his work.

I talked about this in the lurker's lair.

My dad got Burger King for dinner, but with no french fries. He told us to make tater tots, but there were none left. I have no idea why, but this made me furious. Literally, I could hardly control my actions. I hardly remember it even though it was only a year or so ago. I may have just had a bad day and flipped out.
