Jason Bergman has said a few times that all of the dlcs will not on a disc, if you would like them on a disc you have to transfer all the data yourself.

And that would matter if Bergman were in charge of anything like that. He may be a lead producer for Vegas as a project, but he is not in charge of the IP, the marketing, or anything else outside of that scope. If Zenimax / Bethesda sees money to be made from an all-in-one edition, then there will be an all-in-one edition ( it probably won't be named a GOTY edition because this is not a GOTY game ).

That doesn't mean Jason isn't in the loop, he'd certainly no better then you or I. If Zenimax/Bethesda has already made the decsion to say exclude the Courier's stash and the gun runners arsenal from any disk release its perfectly reasonable Jason might know.

Or he could simply be talking out of his ass and only thinks he knows.

But then again, Bergman could be right with his assessment. By saying this, he's already admitting the game isn't worth re-issuing. Which I'd have to agree with, actually. I wouldn't dump any more money in this project than I had to if I was Zenimax/Bethesda, I'd just approve a few quick patches to Lonesome Road and then write the game off.

Right now they are saying no. It doesn't mean never. There are anniversaries editions and stuff and junk.

How many maps? This isn't CoD....

That being said JB has stated there are no plans for a GOTY as of yet. Wether or not he's in charge of it doesn't matter, he works for bethesda, he's the lead producer, naturally he'll be in the loop. To think otherwise is pure ignorance.
