Hell no. That sounds like a lot of work to do rather than play. And to gain every perk, well that would ruin the point of the update in the first place; level up without having to use skills you don't want to. Unless, someone is into using every skill I guess. But I heard 1.9 will be out for all by the end of the month. My friend said that though, so I don't know if that's true or not.

No clue when it will be out, but this might be the first time I;ve leveled pass 65. Don't like using skills I don't like.

Just restore-loop and make a dozen high value items and sell it to merchant. Every time you sell the item your Speech skill will skyrocket from 15 to 100.

Every perk should not take that long. An hour at most.

Someone most likely will attempt it, but it most certainly will not be me.

I probably won't get that high, but who knows? Some people with the beta have gotten to level 600+ in an hour.

I dont, i dont like playing overpowered godlike character with all perks and skills maxed out.

I prefer starting new game over and over again when i reach level 30-40, i like having different characters i.e pure mage pure thief/archer pure warrior etc

The fact that you are basically forced into every faction, guild, or group in the game I see it as a great way to play each portion of the game the way it is designed. So yes I will try even without exploits. However I think that removing the Oghma Infinium glitch is a terrible idea. That really is the only way for a ps3 player to get that high. After about 80 hours the save if so big that load screens become brutal, past 100 frame rates drop, past 120 so far I've been there twice and it was nearly unplayable. Changing autosave settings help but still a character with that high of level is going to svck about the time you get there.

I'm not even sure if I will make use of the feature.
I like to play pure warriors, and they usually don't need alot of perks.

Not everyone on ps3 has those problems. I've got a 17 mb save and am in the middle of Dawnguard. The only problem I have are slightly longer louding times.
